Accuracy Guaranteed: Available with QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, Premium, and Elite. We assume responsibility for federal and state payroll filings and payments directly from your account(s) based on the data you supply. As long as the information you provide us is correct and on time, and you have sufficient funds in your account, we’ll file your tax forms and payments accurately and on time or we’ll pay the resulting payroll tax penalties. Accurate Books Guarantee: Accurate Books Guarantee is only available for active customers of QuickBooks Live Monthly Bookkeeping who have provided their current business tax return. If your Live Bookkeeper makes an error that requires you to re-open your books for any month, we’ll correct the error in your books for the month that the error occurred at no additional charge.

Eligible errors include only those made by a Live Bookkeeper. An “error” is: a) a transaction that has been incorrectly categorized to the wrong account; b) an account balance in QuickBooks that doesn’t match the actual account balance; or c) improper transactions which can’t be supported by documentation (including client responses and client meeting notes).

If you invoke the guarantee, QuickBooks will conduct a full n evaluation of the Live Bookkeeper’s work. You’ll need to provide QuickBooks with a receipt for the transaction in question, correspondence from your outside tax accountant, or a document stating the balance of the account if an account balance is in question.

Live Bookkeepers aren’t responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information that you provide, or if you re-open the books by overriding closure after a Live Bookkeeper completes the month-end closure.

Tax penalty protection: Only QuickBooks Online Payroll Elite users are eligible to receive the tax penalty protection. If you receive a tax notice and send it to us within 15 days of the tax notice, we will cover the payroll tax penalty, up to $25,000. Intuit cannot help resolve notices for customers in Collections with the IRS because IRS Collections will only work with businesses directly. Additional conditions and restrictions apply. Offer terms: Your account will automatically be charged on a monthly basis until you cancel. If you add or remove services, your service fees will be adjusted accordingly. Cancellation: To cancel your QuickBooks Products subscription at any time go to Account & Settings in QuickBooks and select “Cancel.” Your cancellation will become effective at the end of the monthly billing period. QuickBooks Online Payroll terms: Each employee (active or on paid leave) is an additional $6/month for Core, $8/month for Premium, and $10/month for Elite. Contractor payments via direct deposit are $6/month for Core, $8/month for Premium, and $10/month for Elite. The service includes 1 state filing. If your business requires tax calculation and/or filing in more than one state, each additional state is $12/month for Core and Premium. There is no charge for state tax calculation or filing for Elite. The discounts do not apply to additional employees and state tax filing fees.

QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise subscription: Your subscription of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Silver, Gold or Platinum is valid for the first 12 months starting from purchase date. After 12 months, your credit/debit card account on file will automatically be charged on a monthly or annual basis at the then-current fee for the QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise product and plan you’ve selected until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by going to Account & Settings in QuickBooks and select “Cancel” or by calling 800-300-8179, prior to your renewal date.

Both the Annual and Monthly Option Plan commits you to a 12-month term; fees vary per plan. If you select the Monthly Option Plan then you will pay the then-current fee over the course of 12 months. Intuit will authorize your card to ensure prompt order processing, resulting in a temporary hold on your account. QuickBooks Desktop Payments

1.4X times faster:Based on the average number of days invoices were paid between April 2022 and March 2023 using the Online Invoice feature, compared to QuickBooks Payments users who did not use the Online invoice feature.

Automatic Reconciliation:Automatic match and record of deposits and fees work with payments received from eInvoice and ACH and credit card transactions initiated within QuickBooks. This feature does not support GoPayment and transactions created in the Merchant Service Center.

QuickBooks Payroll Features

Auto payroll: Available if setup for the company is complete. At least one employee has completed setup and has consistent payroll that qualifies for automation (i.e. salaried or hourly with default). Company must complete bank verification if Employee has direct deposit as the payment method, and the first payroll must run successfully. The account must not have a hold.

Health benefits: Health Insurance information is provided to you by Intuit Insurance Services Inc., (IISI) a licensed insurance broker. IISI is an authorized broker and is partnered with SimplyInsured and Allstate Health Solutions. Intuit Insurance Services is owned and operated by Intuit Inc. and is paid a percentage fee of insurance policy premiums by SimplyInsured and Allstate Health Solutions in connection with the services described on this website. QuickBooks Enterprise Diamond subscription: Enterprise Diamond includes QuickBooks Assisted Payroll and QuickBooks Time Elite time tracking. Assisted Payroll is $1 per employee per pay period. Assisted Payroll is not available in IN and WY. QuickBooks Time Elite is $5 per month per employee. Enterprise Diamond is sold in increments of 1-10, 20, 30, and 40 users. Enterprise Diamond is compatible with, but does not include hosting. (Hosting sold separately.) Enterprise Diamond is a subscription and is only available on a monthly payment plan with no annual commitment. Each month, your account will be automatically charged the agreed-upon price unless and until you cancel. Cancel at any time by calling Intuit at 800-300-8179, prior to your monthly renewal date. When you cancel, you will have access to Enterprise Diamond for the remainder of the month for which you have already paid. The following month, you will no longer have access to the product or any of its connected services. We will authorize your card to ensure prompt order processing, resulting in a temporary hold on your account. The CRM connector works with Salesforce Professional, Enterprise and Unlimited versions only; Salesforce is sold separately. Concurrent Users: Each unique user requires a license. Each license sold separately. All copies of QuickBooks must be the same version-year. QuickBooks Enterprise licenses are available in single-user increments from 1 to 10 users or up to 40 users. Fees apply.

Connect your bank and credit cards: Customers using QuickBooks Desktop 2022 products may download data from participating banks through the end of May 2025. Online services vary by participating financial institutions or other parties and may be subject to application approval, additional terms, conditions and fees.

Import financial data: Transfer data from Quicken 2016-2021, QuickBooks Mac 2016-2022 and Microsoft Excel 2013-2019, or Microsoft 365 (32 or 64 bit).

Industry editions: Industry-specific editions for Manufacturing & Wholesale, Nonprofit, Contractor, and Retail have all the key features of the standard edition of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise plus additional reports and tools tailored to the industry type. Unit of Measure feature not included in the Retail edition. Billing Rate Levels only available in Premier Professional Services, Contractor, and Accountant Editions; not available in Pro, Premier, Nonprofit, Manufacturing & Wholesale, and Retail editions.

Advanced Inventory: Advanced Inventory is included in the Platinum and Diamond subscriptions of QuickBooks Enterprise only. Requires an internet connection. Salesforce CRM connector works with Salesforce Professional, Enterprise and Unlimited versions only; Salesforce is sold separately. The Salesforce CRM connector is a service provided by DBSync and is available as an add-on subscription to QuickBooks Enterprise Diamond. You are required to have an active, paid QuickBooks Enterprise Diamond subscription to be eligible for the Salesforce CRM connector. The Salesforce CRM connector subscription supports one company file per subscription; limited to one subscription purchased from Intuit. Your account on file will automatically be charged the then current list price on a monthly basis, starting at sign up, until you cancel. To cancel your Salesforce CRM connector subscription at any time, call 1-800-4-INTUIT or contact your account manager. QuickBooks Desktop users with expired subscriptions can carry out read operations (viewing / printing / downloading data) on their QuickBooks company file but not write operations (creating / updating / deleting data). Subscription clients in QuickBooks Desktop 2023 (R1) or older versions will need to update to the latest 2023 (R3) version before their subscription expires.

QuickBooks Online system requirements: QuickBooks Online requires a persistent internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended) and computer with a supported Internet browser or a mobile phone with a supported operating system (see System Requirements) and an Internet connection. Network fees may apply.

QuickBooks Online mobile app: The QuickBooks Online mobile companion app works with iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. Devices sold separately; data plan required. Not all features are available on the mobile apps and mobile browser. QuickBooks Online mobile access is included with your QuickBooks Online subscription at no additional cost. Data access is subject to cellular/internet provider network availability and occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance and events beyond your control. Product registration required.

QuickBooks Online Advanced usage limits: QuickBooks Online Advanced includes unlimited Chart of Account entry. Simple Start, Essentials and Plus allow up to 250 accounts. QuickBooks Online Advanced includes unlimited Tracked Classes and Locations. QuickBooks Plus includes up to 40 combined tracked classes and tracked locations. Tracked Classes and Locations are not available in Simple Start and Essentials.

QuickBooks Online Advanced automatic data backup and recovery: QuickBooks Online uses technical and administrative security measures such as, but not limited to, firewalls, encryption techniques, and authentication procedures, among others, to work to maintain the security of your online session and information.

QuickBooks app integration: Online services vary by participating financial institutions or other parties and may be subject to application approval, additional terms, conditions, and fees. For more information see apps.com.

QuickBooks Enterprise list capacity: QuickBooks Enterprise allows you to add up to 1 million names (e.g., customers, vendors, employees) and up to 1 million items (e.g., inventory, non-inventory, and service items). Some performance degradation is likely as your lists approach these size thresholds.
