Tyler Cameron isn’t just a former “Bachelorette” contestant. Since his TV debut as a fan-favorite on Hannah Brown’s season of “The Bachelorette” on ABC five years ago, he’s only become more popular.
Most recently, he opened a Delray Beach location of his favorite restaurant and played golf with Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa in a PGA tournament in Palm Beach Gardens.
And this month, he announced that he’ll have a new show on Amazon Prime in April.

What does Tyler Cameron do now?
In 2021, he appeared in a Saturday Night Live sketch on the same night Kim Kardashian hosted the show, made a guest appearance on Matt James’ season of “The Bachelor” and had a cameo in Netflix rom com “Good on Paper.”
In 2022, he and comedian Anjelah Johnson placed second in Fox’s U.S. adaptation of Australian dance competition show “The Real Dirty Dancing.” This was also the year that the charity Cameron and his brothers founded in honor of their late mother had its inaugural gala, which brought a red carpet to The Pelican Club in Jupiter.
In 2023, he teamed up with JoJo Siwa and fellow Bachelor Nation heartthrob Nick Viall to compete on Fox’s “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.”
Cameron may appear on our TV screens from time to time, but that’s not his only or everyday job. When he isn’t giving Bachelor Nation googly eyes or competing in intense strength competitions, the Florida Atlantic University alum is a general contractor and owner of Image 1 Construction. He’s done some modeling as well.
After competing with other celebrities on training courses in harsh environments around the world, Cameron came back home to Florida.
Since then, he’s been fixing up a 1970s beach house on the Treasure Coast and renovated a storefront that he flipped into a Delray Beach location of his favorite restaurant, 3Natives.
He’s part-owner of this location, which opened in August 2023, according to the 3Natives website.
Did Tyler Cameron move back to Florida?
Yes, Cameron moved back home to Jupiter, Florida after the unexpected loss of his mother in 2020. He moved back to be near his family and fulfill his goal of starting his own home construction and renovation company.
His new show on Amazon Prime is a hybrid reality-docuseries that follows Cameron’s journey “from bachelor, to builder, to businessman.”
The former “Bachelorette” heartthrob has been working on this show since he moved home four years ago and said in the March 13 press release that it’s been a labor of love.
“This show has everything from heart and grit to family, friends, and personal challenges,” Cameron said in the press release. “I cannot wait to share my beautiful hometown and all my favorite people with everyone.”
The series features appearances from former Bachelor Nation stars Matt James, Rachael Kirkconnell, Jason Tartick and even Cameron’s former flame, Hannah Brown herself.
“With each episode ending in the exciting reveal of Image One’s latest stunning remodel, the season culminates in the most important undertaking of them all …” the press release said.
“Turning the house that Tyler’s late mom left behind into the family home that she always dreamed of.”
How, when to stream ‘Going Home with Tyler Cameron’ on Amazon Prime
The show, “Going Home with Tyler Cameron,” is scheduled to release on Amazon Prime Video mid-April.
You can stream the show starting on Thursday, April 18, 2024. It will only be available to stream on Prime Video.
What season of ‘The Bachelorette’ is Tyler Cameron from?
Cameron was cast for season 15 of “The Bachelorette” in 2019, with Hannah Brown leading the season. At the time of filming, he was 26 years old and listed his occupation as a "general contractor” – which remains true.
Throughout the season, Cameron quickly rose up in both Brown's and Bachelor Nation's ranking. By mid-season, he was dubbed as a fan favorite due to his charisma, his quickness to shut down drama created by fan-chosen villain Luke Pell and his romantic actions towards Hannah.
Cameron is also the source of the "Salmon Jacket" lore that has continued to more recent seasons (did anyone notice recent Bachelor Joey Graziadei wearing one?). The pink jacket became an inside joke amongst fans after they noticed multiple men on Brown's season wearing it, Cameron later confessing he owned one of the two.
He ended up making it to the final two spots. However, shockwaves were felt around the reality television universe when Cameron exited the limo on the final episode and Brown turned down his proposal.
Since then, the pair have both maintained that they are on good terms after everything they have been through. Brown announced engagement to boyfriend Adam Woolard last year.
“We've been in touch and I'm thrilled for her,” Cameron told the New York Post. “She's going to be a great wife and great mother to those kids one day."
Did Gigi Hadid and Tyler Cameron date?
While he might not have ended up with Brown, Cameron has dated his fair share of celebrity ladies.
In August 2019, he was spotted in New York City with model Gigi Hadid. Outlets claimed the pair were seen doing various activities together over the course of a few months. It was even reported that he attended the funeral of Hadid's grandmother that September.
The pair ended things around November 2019.
According to Screenrant, Cameron has allegedly dated influencer Stassie Karanikolaou, reality star Kristen Cavallari and model Paige Lorenze.
